OUR MOLDING FACILITY
|
| Our Molding Facility is equipped with 17 Kawaguchi Molding Machines, ranging in press size from 45 tons to 400 tons. All machines are outfitted with dryer hoppers and mold temperature controllers, allowing us to process a wide variety of Engineering materials. Raw material is fed into each machine by a Mould-Tek Central Loading System. |

All assembly is done right on our premises. |

| Jutland has a fully equipped Tool Room capable of producing molds large and small. Mastercam Solids CAD/CAM Software is used for part design and the machining of molds. |
